Unlike most waterproof products which use PVC (polyvinyl chloride), TUNEWEAR WATERWEAR LIGHT uses 420 denier nylon fabric with a TPU coating to achieve the IPX7 international rating.

Depending upon the weight of your smartphone, the air inside TUNEWEAR WATERWEAR LIGHT creates buoyancy to make your device float if dropped in the water. For heavier smartphones, the enclosed leash cable can be attached to the strap hole to prevent your smartphone from sinking in water. *Dependent on device weight.
